When possible, all patients will be seen by appointment. We try our best to stay on schedule, but occasionally an emergency or a patient with a complex problem may cause delays. When this occurs, we request your patience and understanding, but if you are unable to wait we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in case new paperwork or file updates are required.
Our physicians make every effort to see emergency patients as soon as possible. Our answering service can be reached after business hours by calling the office phone number.
We understand that it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment occasionally. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to better serve all of our patients. If you are running late, please call to inquire if we are still able to honor your appointment time or will need to reschedule your appointment.
